I am excited to announce the launch of a new initiative by Lazuli Pamir Consulting Engineering Services Co. that is poised to contribute significantly to the professional development landscape in Afghanistan—the Project Management Initiative Program (PMIP). Through this program, we are committed to delivering world-class training in program management, project management, proposal writing, health and safety (HSE), and contract management, with the aim of strengthening the skills of Afghanistan’s workforce and building capacity for future development projects.
As an Authorized Training Partner of both the Project Management Institute (PMI®) (www.pmi.org) and PM4NGOs (www.pm4ngos.org) in Afghanistan, Lazuli Pamir Consulting is uniquely positioned to offer globally recognized certifications and training programs. These certifications are essential for anyone looking to excel in the fields of project and program management, particularly within development and humanitarian sectors.
To lead this initiative, I am pleased to appoint Mr. Abdul Habib Aulfat as the Program Manager for PMIP. Mr. Aulfat is a highly dedicated and professional member of Lazuli Pamir Consulting. With a wealth of experience and a robust portfolio of international certifications, he is the ideal leader for this initiative. His qualifications include PgMP®, PMP®, PRINCE2® 7th Edition Practitioner, Program DPro®, Project DPro®, NEBOSH IGC®, and FIDIC Certified Contract Manager (FCCM)®, among others. His commitment to excellence and his vast expertise in program and project management make him a key asset to our company and to the future of this program.
