In 2020, Lazuli Pamir Consulting Engineering Services Co. successfully developed over 14 comprehensive manuals designed to guide infrastructure projects for municipalities across Afghanistan. These manuals cover a range of technical and operational aspects critical to infrastructure development and are intended to standardize and enhance project execution at the municipal level.

This important initiative was funded by USAID and contracted to Lazuli Pamir Consulting by DAI under a larger effort to improve the capacity of Afghanistan’s municipal engineering teams. The manuals serve as key resources for municipal engineers, ensuring consistency and quality in the design, implementation, and management of infrastructure projects, ultimately contributing to sustainable urban development across Afghanistan.
